this one took me a while. i've been trying to bone up on both my oil painting skills and my digital illustration skills. Things are slowly progressing, but I'm enjoying the processes.
I had intended to add a lot more design or gradient in the balloon part, but lost interest. I'm still experimenting heavily with photoshop, and attempting to learn from other artists like Tomer and Frank.
